Hey everyone!
It's been a while since I've posted, but I assure you that I'm doing well. Some people have been singing all of their lives and they sound great. However, I've only been singing seriously since July 2021. Considering the limited time, I feel like I've improved so much.
SO, with that being said... I have a noticeably improved pitch compared to almost a year ago where I kinda guessed which notes I was singing. Most of what I do now to improve pitch is to: 1.) Listen to the notes 2.) If necessary, sing the note on an app on my phone to give me the exact pitch 3.) Play the notes on the piano 4.) Memorize the notes 5.) Sing the song.
There's also other stuff like giving my songs more feeling and creative delivery, but improving my pitch was something I've always wanted, and continue to strive for.
By the way, "Pitch" in music is basically the notes you're singing/playing (if it's an instrument).
I'm thinking of doing a regular "cover song" thing every week now that I have better tools to sing them better. I'll keep y'all posted.
