So I've been working with a vocal coach for about half a year, and one thing that she mentioned to me was that there are a community of musicians. I imagine knowing a bunch of artists is a great way to learn, support, work with and enjoy music with other musicians. For me, I feel like I have to produce some legit music before I can even get out of the house and meet with other musicians. I mean sure, my singing chops are getting better, but there are so many great singers already who haven't made original music.
A small dream of mine would be to perform internationally and nation wide to small or large audiences (places where other artists can introduce me to their local music scene and vice versa with me). Wouldn't that be cool?
It's really a nice feeling to have people show appreciation for something you've done that takes skill, time and artistry. A lot is going on in the background with me, but maybe I can put more content out there. There's this really successful tiktok guy who said you gotta make like 100 videos a week to be successful... can you believe that? lol...
My zealousness would probably take that literally (I'm deathly serious).
I haven't really posted a lot because I have this feeling that what I make has to be really good...but you know what? I think I'm getting there, so many I can start putting stuff out there! Thanks for reading...looking forward to tomorrow!
